Thank You Duffy

WALT: To describe a book and say thanks to Duffy

The Doughnut Fix, is about the story of Tristan, he has 2 sisters Jeanine and Zoe. Jeanine is gifted well Tristan isn't the 3 of them love to bake and their mum is a professional chef. They move to a small town with 1 street and a convenience store with ¨life changing chocolate cream doughnuts.¨ Tristan finds the recipe and sell them himself and soon finds out that starting a business is hard.

Thank you Duffy for letting me read this book and learn about Tristan. Your support for school kids around the world my school will be forever grateful. Taj

Museum Letter

WALT: To make a letter for the Museum Team

Dear Museum Team,

Thank you for the time and effort you put to teach us about the old fashion games. The most enjoyable part of the field trip was the Maori checkers. The best part of it is definitely the strategy to win wasn't it like this.

The other games were fun like the nursery rhymes meanings, clown puppet, knuckles and the ring toss. Again thank you for the effort and time you put to give us that experience. Do you have any old fashion game yourself? If so please tell me.

Sincerely,

Taj

Our International Night

WALT: To describe the International Night.

It started with me and my family going into the front gates, I soon found my friends then sat next to them and waited. Soon after getting here one of the teachers said it was time to eat, it looked like the beginning of a war as the kids ran to the stall grabbing foods after foods. I first picked the spaghetti  then bread and a meringue, ate that then a Brazilian truffle and then a Hokey Pokey ice-cream.After all the food we were told to come back the stage my class was first Archie and I introduced our group and did the dance its called ´Chunri Chunri´ and went off the stage.

7 other performances went and then it was our turn again Archie and I introduced our group and we sang the ´Lonely Goatherd´. After that the rest of the school went and at end Room 1 did Head shoulders knees and toes in Korean everyone did it and then we left. It was fun, nerve-racking, enjoyable and sometimes embarrassing.

Have you done anything that was kind-of like that?

My Favourite Book Charterer

WALT: Write about a book charterer

Harry is one out of ten kids in the book WWC2 and he's the most relatable. He plays games and doesn't do homework, Harry is a 21 century kid. Hes is my favourite book charterer. His story a'int that interesting but its about him getting intimidated by his smoking teacher and dose his homework.

Have you read WWC2?
